A google-drive folder will be created, organized, and shared with you to act as a digital receipt library. This is required with any contract.

All transactions will be up-to-date on a weekly basis to ensure real-time financial analysis capabilities.
RECONCILIATION
Monthly reconciliation included for up to (5) business checking, savings, or credit card accounts.
FINANCIAL MEETINGS
Biweekly financial check-ins via zoom or phone to discuss reports, concerns, and priorities.
BUDGET V. ACTUALS
A monthly investigation into areas in which your numbers are significantly over/under budget. This will require you to have your own budget.
CUSTOM FINANCE MANUAL
A step-by-step manual for you to continue bookkeeping on your own, or with an on-staff bookkeeper.
QUICKBOOKS ONLINE SETUP
Comprehensive setup includes chart of accounts setup, invoice design, vendor lists, etc. Clients receive discounted prices on software.*
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Client/customer setup in Quickbooks. We are only able to assist in digital payments due to our remote status. Weekly delinquency reports sent to you for your next steps.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Vendor/contractor setup in Quickbooks. We are only able to assist in digital payments due to our remote status. Weekly payable reports sent to you for your next steps.

The GURU package is designed to set you up for independent success. If your wish is to continue on by yourself, or hire an on-staff bookkeeper, we provide you with the checklists and resources you need to do so. If you wish to continue service with Foreseen Sage, we will be thrilled to transition you to a monthly plan.
