Monthly contracts on two levels, Standard or Premium. From simple bookkeeping needs to comprehensive monthly service, packages range from $500 to $650 monthly. Add-on services available.
Standard – $500
CHART OF ACCOUNTS
The first step to organizing your transactions, and preparing your finances for tax season.
DIGITAL RECEIPT LIBRARY
A google-drive folder will be created, organized, and shared with you to act as a digital receipt library. This is required with any contract.
RECONCILIATION
Monthly reconciliation included for up to (5) business checking, savings, or credit card accounts.
BIWEEKLY CATEGORIZATION
All transactions will be up-to-date on a biweekly basis to ensure consistent real-time financial analysis capabilities.
FINANCIAL REPORTS
Biweekly financial reports, up to (5) delivered via email. Common reports include Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, AR/AP.
FINANCIAL MEETINGS
Monthly financial check-ins via zoom or phone to discuss reports, concerns, and priorities.
BUDGET V. ACTUALS
A monthly investigation into areas in which your numbers are significantly over/under budget. This will require you to have your own budget.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Client/customer setup in Quickbooks. We are only able to assist in digital payments due to our remote status. Weekly delinquency reports sent to you for your next steps.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Vendor/contractor setup in Quickbooks. We are only able to assist in digital payments due to our remote status. Weekly payable reports sent to you for your next steps.
ANNUAL 1099 + W2 FILINGS
End of year 1099 and W2 filings via Quickbooks Online. This will require W9s from all 1099 eligible contractors/vendors.
YEAR END TAX PREP
We will work with your CPA to prepare your tax return, and provide any materials that can be of assistance.
MONTHLY CASH FLOW PROJECTIONS
A custom running ledger, updated monthly after reconciliation, with future cash flow projections. Can be customized to focus on any financial aspect of your business.
